 Forward To a Friend Subscribe: Each time your customer receives a message from your organization, the customer has the capabilities to show their excitement for your product and services by forwarding the campaign to a friend or family member.  Once the friend or family member receives the message, they have the opportunity to click at the bottom of the message and your organization instantly has the opportunity to add additional subscribers to your list.

Customer Opt-in:  The Trevi Group created a customer survey program to track and measure customer's perception.
